We supply gates in various sizes and for different purposes (main gates, cleaning gates, etc.). The lifting and lowering system can be implemented in several ways: manual, motor-driven, or operated by a hydraulic cylinder.
We supply coarse and fine screens in various designs. Coarse screens are installed at the entrance of the intake structure and are intended for removing large debris (stones, wood, etc.). Fine screens are installed before the inlet to the pipeline or at the end of the intake channel, before the water enters the turbine shaft. They are used to remove fine debris (leaves, grass, small branches).
In the construction of pipelines for small hydropower plants, steel pipes are most commonly used. However, the market now also offers high-pressure plastic pipes that meet the required parameters for mHE pipelines. We facilitate the supply of new and used steel pipes as well as plastic pipes for hydropower plant pipelines.
We supply electrical control cabinets for power plant operation, as well as other components for automatic regulation and monitoring of small hydropower plants.
